The 'Cowardly' Tip That Can Help You Kill the Biggest Baddies in "God of War"

It's definitely not an easy game, but these tips should at least make it a bit easier.

God of War has slowly slipped into my leisure time and has been a great way for me to unwind after a tough day at school.

It is an amazing game with awesome graphics based on Norse mythology, but it does take time to progress through the storyline. So, here are some tips I have learned from playing God of War… and from bonding with Kratos.

Make sure to explore everything.

Here's a tip specifically for those who are just getting started. When venturing into a new environment, it is good to investigate every nook and cranny or pocket of space as you may stumble on hidden chests. Investigating the environment also allows for you to familiarise yourself with the setting of the storyline. This makes gameplay even more enjoyable, as you'll personally feel a part of the story.

Need to kill a big enemy? Take them to the edge. Literally.

A simple method of defeating formidable enemies with daunting health bars is to knock them off a cliff or a ledge. It seems like a cowardly move, but like your teachers always say: work smarter, not harder. Enemies easily die from fall damage and those that can fly are also vulnerable to fall damage if they are knocked off from a cliff.

Destroy the ceramics.

Another tip is to swing your axe at every vase and pot you see. This tip helps those who struggle with financial management by allowing a little more leeway in spending. Some pots and vases have small amounts of Hacksilver in them, and although it is not a lot, it eventually builds up over time.

With these crafty tips, you could find more treasure chests, defeat those enemies you’ve been struggling to fight against or even get your hands on that luxurious armour you have been eying. You're welcome!
