Taylor Mural Repainted As Harambe Tribute Following Alleged Threats From Swift's Lawyers

Australia’s arts community responded to the Kim/ Taylor/ Kanye tapes the only way it knew how: with a mural.
Artist Lushsux declared Tay the loser of the latest campaign in their eight-year war (wherein Kardashian shared footage of Swift seemingly giving her blessing to West for his controversial “Famous” lyrics) by painting her portrait in Melbourne's Hosier Lane with the text, “In loving memory… 1989 – 2016”.
But alas, we now must say R.I.P. to the mural itself, which has been painted over, hours after the artist allegedly received a legal threat from Swift’s attorney. (It seems not even calling her “Taylor Smith” could fool her wily legal team.)
As lushlux told The Herald Sun, Taylor's lawyers need not worry, as someone else has already turned the mural into a tribute to another of 2016’s felled heroes: Harambe, the gorilla.
