Sigrid Missed Her Music Video Shoot, So the Director Stepped Up

A star is born.

If you had asked us yesterday, we would have insisted that Sigrid never, ever, under any circumstances, sit out one of her music video shoots. Anyone who had witnessed her enthusiastic dancing in the clip for "Strangers" would have emphatically agreed.

But that was yesterday. Today, it’s a different story.

In the clip for her new single "Mine Right Now", Sigrid explains over Facetime that she couldn’t make it to the Scandinavian filming location because of a delayed flight. However, due to weather, permits and other such time-sensitive issues, the show had to go on.

Thankfully, her director Max Siedentopf was able to step up and take her place. And though he may not have fit her sweaters, or even remembered all of her lyrics, he cannot be accused of not going for it.
