"Riverdale" S3 Heads to Aussie Netflix on 11 October

The Riverdale gang is back (despite a few being murdered).

After a pretty traumatic second season, the remaining few members of the Riverdale gang will pick up the pieces and return to your screens this October on Netflix.

If you haven't seen Season 2, or even Season 1, it's time to turn away.

** Spoiler alert **

At the end of last season, Archie (KJ Apa) was arrested for the murder of a dude named Cassidy Bullock. If you're not sure who that even is, he's one of the masked burglars who tried to rob Veronica's cabin in the woods and got shot after Archie chased him.

Apa told ET that Season 3 will deal with Archie's arrest and his time in court, teasing that he could see jail time.

"[The fans are] going to absolutely just freak out, man," Apa told ET. "It's going to be gnarly."

Gulp.

Riverdale will return to Netflix on 11 October for weekly episodes.
