Richmond's Jack Riewoldt Is Officially a "Past Member" of The Killers (According to Wikipedia)

Well, that’s just the price you pay.
Richmond broke a 37-year drought to take home an AFL Premiership on Saturday, and what better way to celebrate than a round of karaoke with The Killers?
The Tigers’ Jack Riewoldt—absolutely flying off the back of Richmond’s 48-point victory over the Adelaide Crows—got to sing-along to "Mr. Brightside" with The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers after the match.
It was delightful.
If you're wondering how he got up on stage, The Age reports Riewoldt told two members of Richmond's media team of his intentions before the game. By the start of the last quarter, when it became apparent the Tigers had victory in the bag, a public relations person started working with AFL PR to make his dream a reality.
Riewoldt has since become the first person to ever sing "Mr. Brightside" alongside The Killers, who were apparently "happy to oblige" but are usually hesitant to invite guests onto the stage. The only other examples band management could think of were Woody Harrelson and Sir Paul McCartney, on different tunes.
Combined with Macklemore’s decision to perform "Same Love" at the NRL Grand Final on Sunday, this marks the first time in Australian history where the pre- and post-game entertainment was not actively embarrassing.
(We have finally entertained the rarefied air of the Super Bowl! Kinda!)
Yesterday, Riewoldt shared a pic on Instagram indicating that he had been added to The Killers’ Wikipedia page as an "honoured" past member. (Scroll to the second picture.)
He truly is… "The Man". (Yes, the more sensible pun would have been to call him "Mr. Brightside", but that's not really lyrically suited to a winner. Taylor Walker on the other hand...)
