Reviews Are In For "Doctor Who" and Confirm That the Man Babies Were Wrong

Sorry Doctor Who man babies, Jodie Whittaker's Doctor is a hit.
Halfway through last year, Doctor Who announced a drastic change that left some of the conservative fandom in a huff-and-puff.
So, what was this huge change we speak of? Well, it's the biggest, most controversial change of all: Casting a female Doctor Who.

Cue the outrage.
But despite all the hysteria from vocal snowflakes over this truly monumental change, the critical reviews are in and they're heralding it a total success.

First-look TV review: "After ten minutes you forget her sex was ever an issue. Jodie Whittaker brings energy, fizz and modernity to the role" @CarolMidgley on the new #DoctorWho @bbcdoctorwho https://t.co/hlxEXI7Jz1

Even some slightly negative reviews have claimed that the new series is a bit too "dark", but are still singing the praises of Whittaker's portrayal.

The lesson behind this all? Don't argue against a female actor being cast as an alien doctor until you've at least seen a few episodes. You might just avoid contracting a serious case of shameitis.
Australians can catch the new series of Doctor Who on ABC from Monday 8 October.
