Man Tries To Have His Girlfriend And Her Cat Arrested For Stealing His Precious Bacon

Of all the betrayals that can take place in a relationship, bacon theft is among the most egregious.

At least, according to the gent who phoned the West Yorkshire Police hoping they would arrest his girlfriend for feeding her cat his bacon.

He also wanted them to arrest the cat too. An innocent, caught in the crossfire.

In audio released by the West Yorkshire Police – because you don’t sit on this kind of gold – the operator politely informs the caller, “We don’t arrest cats.”

The audio was first shared with the Yorkshire Evening Post to highlight how much time nonsense complaints take up for those working the phone lines of emergency services.
