Macca’s Are Trying Out Fashun With Grimace, Hamburglar and Ronald McDonald ‘Silly Socks’

Lookin’ like a snacc.
In celebration of 30 years of Australian McHappy Days, Macca’s are launching the most wholesome range of ‘Silly Socks’ featuring our favourite Macca’s mascots, Grimace, Ronald McDonald and Hamburglar.
For 30 years, McDonald's Australia has been donating 100 per cent of Australian McHappy Day profits to their Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) who support seriously ill children and their families.
So, some adorable and fashionable socks to celebrate are very fitting for the occasion.
McDonald’s Australia Marketing Director Amanda Nakad explained that the Silly Socks have been a part of the McHappy Day fundraising program for many years, and now it’s time to showcase them for even more excited customers.
“This year’s designs feature iconic Macca’s characters Ronald McDonald, Grimace and Hamburglar, to mark 30 years of McHappy Day in Australia,” she said.
“Our Silly Socks look good, feel good, and do good, with all profits going towards helping seriously ill children and their families
“We are calling on Aussies to purchase a pair of socks and show their support for Ronald McDonald House Charities this McHappy Day.”
Since day one, McHappy Day has raised over $56 million for RMHC and helped improve the health and wellbeing of thousands of Australian families across the country.
The fundraising doesn’t stop there though, if you wanna grab yourself a pair of Silly Socks, you can purchase a pair for just $5 at Macca’s restaurants. You can also donate $2, $10 or $50 for their iconic Helping Hands if socks don’t take your fancy.

You can also pick up a free small drink from Macca's with any purchase over $4 with your Student Edge membership. So, go donate and get hydrated.
Idk about you, but I’m hella keen to rock these socks this weekend.
McHappy Day this year is on Saturday 13 November.
Student Edge recommends maintaining a well-balanced diet. For more information, please visit www.heartfoundation.org.au.
