Lorde, Suddenly Feeling Generous, Gives Us Another New Song: The Heartbreaking "Liability"

Lorde knows you haven’t yet fully recovered from “Green Light” but Lorde cares not.
The New Zealander has just dropped the second track from her upcoming album Melodrama, though unlike its booming predecessor, it’s a Rihanna-inspired torch song, titled “Liability”.
Speaking to Zane Lowe on Apple Music’s Beats 1, Lorde specifically said Rihanna’s “Higher” inspired the lonesome “Liability”.
wow feels big and intense having liability out in the world strange part of myself for a lot of people to look at

Don’t get used to this deluge of new Lorde music, however. You’ll have to wait all the way until June 16 for the full album. So, savour what she’s deigned to offer you thus far.
We’re not worthy.
