KFC Is Making Edible Nail Polish, Which Sounds... Dangerous

KFC has answered absolutely no-one’s calls to create nail polish that looks and tastes like their two chicken recipes, Original and Hot & Spicy.

According to Adweek, KFC is launching the edible nail polish in Hong Kong, to bring their “finger lickin’ good” tagline to life.

In a statement, KFC explained how it works: "To use, consumers simply apply and dry like regular nail polish, and then lick—again and again and again.”

So, there you go. Here’s hoping this isn’t habit-forming, for those who return to regular, poisonous polish afterwards.

At first, KFC is only producing limited editions of the polishes, with Hong Kong locals able to vote on a favourite to go into mass production.
