How to Watch "Raised by Wolves" in Australia

Love The Martian? You'll wanna see this.

If you're obsessed with Ridley Scott's epics like Gladiator, Alien, Blade Runner and The Martian, you won't want to miss the director's highly anticipated new series, Raised by Wolves.

The sci-fi show follows the story of two androids named Father (Abubakar Salim) and Mother (Amanda Collin), who are tasked with raising human children on a mysterious alien planet.

As it turns out, religion was the cause of a global catastrophe. Set in a post-apocalyptic world, the androids grapple with controlling the burgeoning colony of humans, who threaten to be torn apart by religious differences.

By this point, you're probably eager to know how and when you can watch the series in Australia.

Well, fortunately, you don't have to wait at all, because Raised by Wolves officially lands on Thursday 3 September at 8.30pm (AEST) on Binge, if you're a subscriber. (Affiliate disclosure: Student Edge may earn a commission if you click that link and buy a product from our partner's page.)

Alternatively, you can also catch it on-demand via Foxtel Now or watch it on Fox Showcase live via Foxtel.

The series will be available as a HBO Max original in the United States, but you don't have to stress too much about spoilers considering we're getting it on the same day as the U.S.

Raised by Wolves also stars Aussie actor Travis Fimmel (Vikings), as well as Winta McGrath, Niamh Algar, Jordan Loughran, Matias Varela, Felix Jamieson, Ethan Hazzard, Aasiya Shah and Ivy Wong.

In an early review written by Meghan O'Keefe for Decider, she described Raised by Wolves as being "hands down the most thrilling original sci-fi show in more than a decade."

While the series marked Scott's U.S. TV directorial debut, we're not at all surprised that critics are already loving it.
