How to Watch "Palm Springs" in Australia

This one is for Andy Samberg stans.

We don't know about you, but we feel like we've been waiting a very long time to find out where and when we'll be able to watch Palm Springs in Australia.

Hulu and Neon paid a record $US17.5 million to acquire the film at Sundance back in January, which broke the record for the biggest sale ever at a film fest. So, we've been pretty damn eager to see it.

Palm Springs follows the story of carefree Nyles (Andy Samberg) and maid of honour Sarah (Cristin Milioti), who cross paths while both attending a wedding. However, they become trapped in a time loop where they're forced to relive the same day over and over again.

While the existential rom-com was released in the United States back in July, we weren't entirely sure which streaming service it would land on down under.

Well, it turns out Aussie viewers will be able to watch the film on Amazon Prime Video from Friday 20 November.

Palm Springs is produced by Limelight and Lonely Island Classics, and also stars J.K. Simmons, Meredith Hagner, Riverdale's Camila Mendes, Tyler Hoechlin and Peter Gallagher.

Max Barbakow directed the movie, while Andy Siara penned the script. Samberg also produced the film, while Gabby Revilla Lugo served as executive producer.

At the moment, Palm Springs has a 94 per cent rating on the Rotten Tomatoes Tomatometer, which isn't too bad at all. Critics have been praising it for being both witty and wise.

If you need further convincing, just watch the trailer. It looks like we're in for some irresistible fun.
