Here’s Timothée Chalamet Rapping to Nicki Minaj’s "Roman’s Revenge"

Watch "Lil Timmy Tim" go "raah raah" like a dungeon dragon.

Timothée Chalamet has earned raves for his performance as a brash young leader destined for greatness.

I’m talking, of course, about his impersonation of Nicki Minaj. (He was also recently in The King.)

Though "Timothée Chalamet impersonates Nicki Minaj" sounds like the kind of headline that might get an up-and-coming actor cancelled, the recently resurfaced footage of him rapping to her Pink Friday tune "Roman’s Revenge" has mostly just charmed the internet.

It is merely the latest uncovered instance of Timmy proving his rap skills.

When he started to gain traction as a star, thanks to Call Me by Your Name and Lady Bird, his high school submission "Statistics Rap" (by "Lil Timmy Tim") was shared far and wide. However, even the staunchest Chalamet stans had to admit his flow left much to be desired. (It also didn't talk a whole lot about statistics.)

Well, the critics are finally silenced by this clip of Timothee channelling Nikci, pink wig and all, at what appears to be some kind of talent show. It’s worth noting that both Timothee and Nicki are graduates of LaGauardia High School in New York.

Minaj is yet to comment on the clip, however we can confirm they’ve met at least once in the past: at 2018 Coachella.

He's also previously shared his adoration for "Roman's Revenge" on the red carpet.

All we can say is, bring out Lil Timmy Tim for a duet in 2020, Nicki.
