Google Wants You To Invent Something Crazy For Their 2015 Science Fair

Have you been sitting on an audacious experiment? Imagined an invention that might change the world?

Google is calling on all “young researchers, explorers, builders, technologists, and inventors” (as well as, presumably, would-be mad scientists) to enter their fifth annual Science Fair.

All future-Tony Starks aged 13 to 18 from around the globe are invited to submit a project and go in the running for prizes that range from $100,000 to scholarship and classroom grants, not to mention visits to LEGO HQ in Denmark and a tour of Virgin Galactic’s new spaceship.

If you have a particular talent in any of the scientific fields – and a bit of an adventurer’s streak – check out the Google Science Fair ideas springboard.

You have until May 19 to enter. That’s only two months away, but hey, it only took Alexander Fleming one month to (admittedly, accidentally) discover penicillin.
