Good Parenting: Dua Lipa’s Dad Is Hosting a Music Fest and He’s Letting His Daughter Headline

Dads of the world, be more like Dukagjin Lipa.

Some countries celebrated Father’s Day this past weekend, but it’s probably Father’s Day everyday in the Lipa household.

On social media, "New Rules" singer Dua Lipa proudly revealed that her father, Dukagjin, has achieved his dream of putting together a music festival in his home of Prishtina, Kosovo, to put "Kosova on the map culturally".

And wouldn’t you know it, Dua’s going to headline it.

Action Bronson and an as-yet-unnamed "#1 DJ in the world" will also be in attendance at Sunny Hill Festival, alongside other local acts.

Dukagjin, himself a singer, will apparently donate 25 per cent of all ticket proceedings to the Sunny Hill Foundation, a charity "under the patronage of Dua Lipa" that aids the youth of Kosovo in creative arts.
