Gillian Anderson Wants To Be The Next Bond Too, Please

And who are we to argue with her?
Given that Daniel Craig is so unenthusiastic about returning to the role of 007 that he reportedly turned down $AUD175 for the pleasure, rumours have begun swirling about potential replacements.
Tom Hiddleston is the oddsmakers pick, though Idris Elba remains the people’s fave.
Yet, Gillian Anderson – Dana Scully, herself – doesn’t want to be counted out.
Anderson responded to a Twitter campaign to have her instated as the #NextBond by sharing a mock-up of our dream 007 poster.
By acknowledging it, let's assume she's eager for the gig. Now, if only director Sam Mendes and the producers would offer it to her.
Why is she wiping her hands? Has she just conducted a messy, violent assignment? Is this new version of Bond a germophobe? Does she just observe proper hygiene? We want the answers to all these questions, ideally in a feature film released November 2017.
Make this immediately, MGM.

This won't work. As a huge bond fan. Bond is played by a male, a female actor, well, will look a little odd. Plus will take the charactor out of performance.
Don't even sweat it. No way they're letting a female take it. But twuld have been a real thrill watching Anderson as an agent
Gillian is such a bamf!
