Calling all dance, house and hip-hop lovers across Australia. Your perfect festival line-up is here.

This article is presented in partnership with Listen Out Festival 2022.

If you hail from Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Auckland (or fancy a trip over), get ready to welcome some of the biggest acts on the scene for Listen Out 2022.

We wanna make sure you’re prepped for an epic day with your mates, so check out this list of acts and their top songs. We guarantee there’s something for everyone’s taste!

Anti Up.

We’ve got double trouble with two iconic DJ’s forging their mastery of the decks.

Chris Lake, best known for tracks like “Turn off the Lights” and recent banger with Grimes, “A Drug From God”, is joining forces with Chris Lorenzo of “California Dreamin’” fame.

Their project, Anti Up, produces self-described “retro-fit” dance music that’ll get you off the grass with your spiral potatoes, and up onto your feet.

With addictive tracks like “Hey Pablo” and “Something’s about to go down”, you won’t wanna miss this act.

Disclosure.

They barely need an introduction, but you’ve seen correctly. The act that brought us “Latch” and “Talk” will be taking to the stage at Listen Out 2022.

Fusing house, garage, dubstep, bass and iconic vocal collaborations, Disclosure deliver on pretty much every genre you love, with a pop twist.

Doechii.

This is an artist you’ve gotta get around before she pops off stratospherically.

If you love acts like SZA and Kal Banx, you don’t wanna be in the portaloos for this one. Tunes like “Wat U Sed” and “Yucky Blucky Fruitcake” are as amped as they sound, so get them on your radar.

The Jungle Giants.

Listen Out has you covered with indie interludes scattered across the line-up, because we all need some jangly guitars every now and then.

And who better than The Jungle Giants, with nostalgic hits like “She’s a Riot” to get you jumping on your mates’ shoulders?

Vibe out to their more recent single “Sending Me Ur Loving” and get your best moves out.

Polo G.

Hailing from the US, this 23-year-old rapper is already hitting the big time and wiggling his way into your ears, garnering hundreds of millions of streams on “Pop Out (feat. Lil Tjay)” and “RAPSTAR”.

With a range of drill style and RnB, this act will get your blood pumping. Memorise those verses because there’s bound to be a hype crowd rapping back at him when he takes to the stage at Listen Out.

There are plenty more acts to see, with names like Tove Lo, Louis the Child and dozens more also lighting up the set list.

You may need a few days to recover.

Listen Out is Australia’s primary national dance music festival which tours a dynamic hip-hop/electronic line-up. Since its inception in 2013, Listen Out travels across Australia stopping in Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.

In 2018, a concentrated version of the tour, known as Listen In, was created to bring more fantastic and a hand-picked selection of live music to Adelaide and Auckland.
