Fans Demand McDonald’s Release the Travis Scott Meal in Australia, Straight Up

Taking a stand for the issues that matter.

Last week, it was our solemn duty to inform you that McDonald’s Australia would not be adding the Travis Scott Meal to our local menu, despite Cactus Jack’s collab with the Golden Arches in the United States.

However, we did advise you that, ahem, you can just go ahead and order a quarter pounder with bacon, fries with a side of barbeque sauce and a medium sprite and pretend it’s Trav-official. (And if you do it as a Student Edge member, you’ll even get a free small drink with your order.)

But alas, that was not enough for young La Flame’s devoted Aussie fanbase, who have taken it upon themselves to flood McDonald’s Instagram posts with requests—nay, demands—that Macca’s bring the Travis Scott Meal to our shores. It’s lit ('it' being the collective power of an activated fanbase with a cause).

As you can see, the Scott faithful are not interested in Macca’s current Monopoly game or the debut of their new flavours of Frozen Fanta, and are instead asking en masse: "WHERE MY CACTUS JACK MEAL BRUH".

For what it’s worth, McDonald’s poor Australian social media manager is having to respond to each, presumably through gritted teeth, with the same line: "unfortunately this promo isn't making its way down under, but we'll be more than happy to let the team know you're keen to see it on our menu boards. Have a great day!" (It is fair to say that they are not having such a great day in return.)

In the meantime, we can only hope punters follow in the footsteps of Twitter user @Dhubacca.

If not, enjoy this:
