In the latest episode of Dasher Stories, we sit down with Blake who is studying construction management at Deakin University in Melbourne.

While there are heaps of reasons to start Dashing like earning a bit of extra cash on the side and working to your schedule, Blake started Dashing last October to save up for a holiday to Brisbane.

“It was pretty easy to sign up, I think I started maybe within a week or two.

“I was getting plenty of dashes at the time, like it was one after another and it was real easy.”

Blake also likes the ability to work around his interests and studying.

“I got a pretty busy schedule with football training during the week and football takes up most of my Saturday too.

“But dashing works around it, which is good because I can do it at any time and there’s often dashes available.”

He says that Dashing has been a super handy way to save up for his next holiday and he even got a few of his mates to start Dashing as well!

Blake tells us they were surprised as how easily they could make money simply by driving around and picking up food.

He even found a few hidden gems while Dashing, saying he’s picked up food from a few Indian restaurants and gone back to eat there because the smell in the car is just too good.
