Daredevils Attempted A Flaming Arrow Stunt On Live Television; It Went Very Badly

Live television, right folks?

Unending content-generator America’s Got Talent has produced its latest chunk of viral weirdness, thanks to a poorly planned stunt in which a Canadian stuntman took a flaming arrow to the throat.

Basically, Canuck Ryan Stock posed with an upturned lamp down his throat, revealing the target for assistant AmberLynn to fire at.

Yes, this was a very weird stunt. And it did not go well!

On Facebook, the camera cuts away right after the arrow hits Stock in the neck…

But someone, grimly expecting the worst, filmed it going down live on their television set. And now you can watch it below.

We had a serious mishap tonight outage live on @nbcagt. A very unfortunate mechanical failure but I am very fortunate to walk away from it.

Thankfully, Ryan is unharmed and in good spirits.
