Could Jon Snow Become a Jedi Knight? "GOT" Showrunners Are Making a "Star Wars" Trilogy

Will we see Jedi Jon Snow warning us that the dark side is coming in the near future?

It's a scenario that the most imaginative sci-fi fans may not have even dreamed possible: a crossover between the worlds of Game of Thrones and Star Wars.

Okay, we might actually be overstepping reality here, but it was announced today that the creators of HBO series, Game of Thrones, David Benioff and DB Weiss, would direct their own Star Wars film series.

This would be separate to the Skywalker trilogy and the proposed trilogy from Last Jedi director Rian Johnson, and will apparently see them pumping out the films yearly.

If that wasn't enough to send the fandom of both franchises into total meltdown, it was later revealed that Disney would also be releasing "a few" Star Wars-based television series for their upcoming streaming service.

While Jon Snow might not know much, he sure does know how to wield a blade, so, naturally, people wondered whether he (or maybe just Kit Harrington) would crossover into space.

But others suggested a better fit for the series.

Look, whether it's Jedi Snow or Jedi Stark, I'm all in.

While we wait patiently to see if the impossible becomes possible, here's Arya Stark and Brienne duelling with lightsabers to whet your appetite.
