A Chinese Billionaire Gave His Dog Eight iPhone 7s; How Many Do You Have?

Ever wondered how the other half lives (and by other half, we mean the dogs of Chinese billionaires)?

Last week, Coco the Alaskan malamute was given the gift every dog desires: eight individual iPhone 7s.

The canine’s new handsets come in both rose gold and black, because getting eight of the same colour would have been an outrageous - even sickening - display of excess.

According to CNN, Coco belongs to Wang Sicong, son of Chinese billionaire Wang Jianlin, whose estimated worth sits at about $US30 billion (or approximately $AUD40 billion).

Hence, the dog-phone splurge. They will go quite well with his two luxury-band Apple Watches.

Wang Sicong is considered China’s most eligible bachelor, nicknamed the “nation’s husband” – though, to this writer, it kinda seems like the dude’s pretty wedded to his dog.

Photos of Coco looking totally bemused by his new iPhones were uploaded to the dog’s official Weibo social media account.

At least now Coco can call his buddy, pictured below.
