Childish Gambino Has Cancelled His Australian Tour, For Real This Time

Your nightmares have come true.
Childish Gambino AKA Donald Glover will not reschedule his cancelled Australian tour, which was set to kick off in Perth on 8 November.
Cue the GIF:

Promoter Live Nation released the following statement:
"Unfortunately, there will be no rescheduled dates on the postponed Perth, Melbourne and Sydney CHILDISH GAMBINO Australian tour dates. The Grammy, Golden Globe and Emmy-Award winning, multi-talented recording artist and innovator Donald Glover, a.k.a. CHILDISH GAMBINO, was forced to postpone his SOLD OUT Australian Tour due to a foot injury he sustained at a Dallas concert in September. Live Nation were working to reschedule the new dates, but due to scheduling conflicts currently there are no suitable dates.”
We first suspected the Australian leg of his tour would be compromised when he had to reschedule some U.S. dates as a result of a, well, leg injury. However, at the time, promoters Live Nation confirmed to Student Edge that his local dates were "going ahead as planned".
On Instagram, Glover apologised and admitted he's still "not ready to put on 100% shows".
He added, "I will be back soon".
Yeah, not so much anymore.
The organisers of Canberra's Spilt Milk festival, which Gambino was meant to headline, said they were "devastated" by the cancellation. Refunds were available from 30 October via Moshtix until 1 November.
For those in Perth, Sydney and Melbourne, Ticketmaster says that any Credit Card purchases will be refunded over the next seven days. If you paid in person by cash or EFTPOS, you'll need to make your way to a Ticketmaster outlet to get your money back.
May this song soothe you in the meantime.
