Cheap Eats: Melbourne Halal Kebabs, VIC

There's some serious competition for the best kebabs in Melbourne, but Riley reckons he's found them.

This place has the best kebabs in Melbourne. Full stop.

One of the best parts about this place is that the kebabs are on Turkish bread instead of the usual Lebanese bread, so nothing falls out the sides (and the bread adds to the overall delicious flavour).

They have chicken, lamb or mixed options, and the meat is cooked so well so it just falls apart from juiciness.

I also love that they let you get any drink there for only a dollar extra. They also sell pizza, wraps, shish kebabs and biryani.

Whenever I go, the same guy is working and is really nice; their customer service is wonderful and the food's amazing. You seriously can't go wrong!

It's in a good position too, being right near Flinders Street station and Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, so after a long day of walking around, you can get a good meal nearby that is both cheap ($9) and fills you up for hours with its generous servings.

There's not much room to eat in, but it's nice to grab dinner and go sit by the river at Southgate, or, while watching whatever entertainment is taking place in the street.

These are honestly the best kebabs I've ever had, from my favorite place to eat in Melbourne.
