A suspected terrorist incident has rocked Manchester, with at least 19 dead and approximately 59 more injured.

According to ABC News, an explosion occurred at Manchester Arena, shortly after the conclusion of an Ariana Grande concert.

The following footage was taken at the time of the explosion. Though there is nothing graphic within, some may find the content upsetting.

Grande’s rep confirmed in a statement to Just Jared, “Ariana is okay.”

She later tweeted the following:

TMZ reports Grande has "indefinitely suspended" her world tour as a result.

Police have said they’re treating the explosion as a terrorist incident until they have further information.

"We are still receiving information and updates, so we'll provide further detail when we have a clearer picture,” said Greater Manchester Police Chief Constable Ian Hopkins.

It will be some time before there’s clarity on the incident, with varying reports suggesting the explosion came from either the foyer of Manchester Arena or outside the venue. The number of dead and injured is likely to change over the coming days too.

In the meantime, many in Manchester have opened up their homes, offering food, drinks, sofas and phone chargers to those who need support or a place to stay overnight.

More news as it develops.
