Australia Will Return To Eurovision In 2016 And Claim What Is Rightfully Ours

We may not actually be in Europe, but whatever: SBS says Australia will officially compete at Eurovision in 2016.

Guy Sebastian performed at the iconic singing competition earlier this year, after Australia was invited to perform as a "one-off" wild card entry.

Well, he must have made quite the impression because it's been revealed at the SBS Upfronts that Australia have been welcomed back for ’16.

Australia will join the competition from the semi-final round, against 41 other nations seeking the Eurovision crown.

But which #Strayan hero will we send over there to claim what is rightfully ours?

Let’s face it: there’s only one Aussie artist out there who was, quite simply, born to do it.
