Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz Reunited for a “Twilight” Throwback and Teenage Me Can’t Handle It

Alice and Emmett Cullen giving me all the nostalgia.

Calling all Twihards (yes, even team Jacob peeps), we’ve got a huge dose of Twilight nostalgia to drop off, ‘cos Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene have reprised their roles as Alice and Emmett Cullen for a cheeky skit.

This mini-reunion is sure to get some night owls out of their caves because it appears that the pair’s vampire powers are really doing their trick as neither has aged a day.

Both actors got dressed up as Alice and Emmett in their sports gear fits from *that* iconic baseball scene for one of Matt Cutshall’s Emo’s not dead videos, and although it’s kind of a cringe-fest, I’m obsessed.

As many Gen Z already know, Twilight has had somewhat of a resurgence in popularity over the last year thanks to it being readded to the US Netflix and creators on TikTok live, love and laughing about the movies from back in the day.

The iconic baseball scene that we’re referring to is from the first Twilight movie in which the Cullen family and Bella Swan get together in a huge field to play some wild vampire baseball to Muse’s “Supermassive Black Hole”.

No one could ever forget that amazing leg kick from Alice. I’m still recovering from being blown away.

In the skit video, Matt randomly turns into an ‘emo’, before singing his punk-pop heart all the way down to the town of Forks where the OG movies are set.

Then randomly, Kellan appears, mistaking Matt as a vampire thanks to his emo getup, quickly followed by Alice. It’s very uh… interesting to say the least. There’s a fight scene and some speedy vampiric running but it’s defs something you might have seen on YouTube back in 2012.

Check out the clip here.

All cringing aside, Ashley shared a bunch of cute pics of herself and Kellan from the shoot and it’s exactly what I needed after the series ended nine years ago.

That’s enough fangirling from me today, you may return to whatever it was that you were doing (or binge the entire Twilight series again, it’s up to you).
