"Adventure Time" Is Coming To Australia As A Live Show, Somehow

We’re not entirely sure how, but Adventure Time is coming to Australia for a live show.

Yes, the Adventure Time you’re thinking of.

A short video teasing an Aussie tour landed on Facebook this morning, directing fans to adventuretimelive.com.au.

The website offers a bit more of an explanation for what this show actually is, calling it an “interactive, live-audio visual event featuring members from the all-star cast of the hit Cartoon Network series.”

That’ll apparently include live readings, musical performances, new episode sneak peeks, a Q&A and CosPlay comps (so dust off your Lumpy Space Princess outfits).

John DiMaggio, who not only voices Jake the Dog but Bender from Futurama and countless other iconic cartoon characters, will be among the touring cast.

The show will come to Melbourne on March 10, Sydney on March 11 and Brisbane on March 12.

If you live in any other city, you’re probably feeling the opposite of algebraic right now.

Tickets go on sale December 12. This at least makes the news that the show will end in 2018 a little easier to swallow.
