That Dodgy YouTube Family Did Indeed Lose Custody of Two of Their Five Kids

DaddyoFive parents Mike and Heather Martin have lost custody of two of their five children to the kids' biological mother.
According to Mashable, the two children, Cody and Emma, were placed in the care of Rose Hall, their biological mother, who was given emergency custody after an investigation into the YouTube family by the Child Protective Services.
The investigation was opened after many YouTubers began criticising their videos, which showed the parents 'pranking' their children and seemed to sometimes tread into straight-up abuse territory.
The family has sinced deleted all the videos from their YouTube channel and uploaded a single apology video, but it didn't erase the damage they had already done.
The Martins had recently gone on Good Morning America to explain that some of the pranks were an act and that whenever the kids began genuinely crying, they would stop and ask them if they wanted to continue.
Rose and her lawyer uploaded a video to YouTube to explain the situation and provide an update of how the children were coping with the changes. In the video, she explains that both Cody and Emma were in a "deprogramming sort of mode" and had a long road to recovery.
