All Your Pop Faves Are Releasing New Music in 2022

The pop gods and goddesses are serving us the goods.

We love an album packed to the brim with danceable bangers, and it looks like 2022 will deliver.

Here’s the music rumoured or confirmed to be poppin’ your way onto this year’s soundtrack.

Untitled, Harry Styles (likely March).

It feels like a lifetime has passed since HS2, Fine Line, was released at the end of 2019. And we are thirsting for more.

Fans have been speculating about a new album since Harry wrapped up the Love On Tour in the US.

According to Sony Music CEO Rob Stringer, HS3 is set to drop before the end of March 2022.

CRASH, Charlie XCX (18 March)

The hyperpop queen will return for her self-named “pop sellout” era.

Charli is psyching up to join the big leagues of pop girl icons, and rightfully so. Her latest singles for the upcoming album, 'New Shapes' and 'Good Ones' are verified classics.

Untitled, Jessica Mauboy.

It’s unclear if an album is confirmed, but our fave Aussie songstress dropped a new single 'Glow' which gives very much “I’m in my artist reinvention/comeback phase”.

She’s absolutely killing it with a tour announced for March 2022. Big things to come.

Untitled, FKA twigs.

This gal simply does not miss. And she’s been hard at work over quarantine with a bunch of epic collaborators.

She’s been releasing some random (but absolutely show-stopping) singles, such as 'Tears in the Club' ft. The Weeknd.

In October of last year, she shared that she’s written a bunch of songs during quarantine. That’s one good thing we got out of it.

'Sick!', Earl Sweatshirt (14 January).

He’s already claimed his status as hip-hop icon and we’re holding our breath waiting for the next drop.

It’s confirmed for the second Friday of 2022, and it’s got a sick album title. At only 10 tracks long, we’ll be spinning this one on repeat.

Let's just say we are properly sorted for playlists this year!
