When Will "RuPaul's Drag Race Down Under" Premiere in Australia?

It's coming soon.

Listen up RuPaul's Drag Race fans: your favourite glamorous series is finally heading down under.

Yep, now is the appropriate time for you to get excited.

RuPaul's Drag Race, which already has a UK spin-off, is officially getting an Aussie and Kiwi version too.

The brand new eight-part series will be hosted by RuPaul, alongside judges including drag icon Michelle Visage and Australian comedian Rhys Nicholson. It'll see 10 fierce Australian and NZ queens racing down the runway to be Australia's first ever Drag Race Superstar.

We found out which queens would be competing in the Aussie version during the 2021 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.

The queens are Anita Wigl'it (Auckland, NZ), Art Simone (Geelong, VIC), Coco Jumbo (Sydney, NSW), Elektra Shock (Auckland, NZ), Etcetera Etcetera (Sydney, NSW), JoJo Zaho (Newcastle, NSW), Karen from Finance (Melbourne, VIC), Kita Mean (Auckland, NZ), Maxi Shield (Sydney, NSW), and Scarlet Adams (Perth, WA).

Can't wait. When can I watch it?

You'll be able to catch RuPaul's Drag Race Down Under on Stan from 4pm Saturday 1 May AEST, with new episodes dropping weekly.

That's pretty much just around the corner, so you'll want to set yourself a calendar reminder.

If you want to watch previous seasons while you wait, you can stream those on Stan too.

Wanna see what you're in for? The trailer for the highly anticipated series recently dropped, so give it a watch now.
