Watch Dozens Of Taiwanese Students Dancing To Janet Jackson And Missy Elliott, Why Not?

When you think of hip hop, you think of Taiwan, don’t you? Obviously.

A jaw-dropping video has emerged featuring students from 20 high schools across Taiwan popping and locking to Janet Jackson and Missy Elliott’s “Burn It Up” outside the National Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall while in their school uniforms… as you do.

School excursions will never be the same again.

The most impressive thing is that the routine seems to have been mostly filmed in one take. What a joy to see the collaboration between the schools, joined by their common love of hip hop.

As of this writing, the video has been viewed almost five million times on Facebook. (It was first published to YouTube in October, where it’s received about 62,000 views.)
