Tones And I Has Become The First Aussie To Top Spotify’s Global Chart

She just keeps smashing records.

We knew Tones and I was on the path to total world domination, and it looks like she has officially done it. Since last week, her single "Dance Monkey" has been sitting in the top spot on Spotify’s Global Chart, making it the most streamed song in the entire world.

If that wasn’t impressive enough, Toni Watson is officially the first Australian artist ever to reach #1 on the music streaming service's Global Chart.

It’s safe to say she’s pretty stoked.

As of this writing, "Dance Monkey”" has been streamed 6,380,726 times globally, which puts it 1,731,403 streams ahead of Travis Scott’s "HIGHEST IN THE ROOM". Not even Harry Styles' new single "Lights Up" could dethrone Queen Tones. So, it looks like it’ll be sitting comfortably in the top position for at least a little while.

The Aussie artist is also making waves in the UK, with the single set to claim a fourth week at #1 on the UK’s Official Singles Chart. According to Official Charts, the tune is outperforming Regard’s "Ride It" and Post Malone’s "Circles".

Honestly, it seems like the Byron Bay musician is breaking a new record every week. Earlier this month, "Dance Monkey" became the longest running ARIA number one by an Australian artist in history. Plus, Tones set a new record for the most consecutive weeks at #1 on the ARIA Singles Chart for an Australian Female Artist, which was previously held by Kylie Minogue.

Tones and I has also been nominated for eight ARIA Awards, including Best Female Artist, Breakthrough Artist and Best Video.

Let's just say: she's going to need one big trophy cabinet.
