"To All the Boys: Always and Forever" Comes to Aussie Netflix on 12 February

Who said you need a Valentine’s Day date?

If you don't have any foreseeable plans for Valentine's Day yet, it looks like Netflix has got your back.

The streaming giant has finally announced the release date for To All the Boys: Always and Forever, Lara Jean, so you've got watching that with a bowl of popcorn as a backup plan (tbh, that kind of sounds better than an awkward date anyway). 

Netflix revealed that the flick will land on 12 February, so you've still got time to read the books by author Jenny Ham if you haven't got around to it yet. 

Like that's not exciting enough, Netflix also dropped an exceptionally cute trailer for the film. 

Check it out for yourself below and prepare to cry.

This third movie follows To All the Boys I've Loved Before and To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, and centres on Lara Jean Covey (Lana Condor) as she prepares for the end of high school and the start of adulthood. However, a pair of life-changing trips lead her to reimagine what life with her family, friends and boyfriend Peter (Noah Centineo) will look like after graduation.

From the trailer, we can gather that there's a whole lot of drama about which colleges Lara and Peter will attend after they graduate. Yikes. 

If you haven't seen the first two films, you'll want to fix that straight away. To All the Boys I've Loved Before is rated 96 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes, after all. 

While fans are undoubtedly excited to see their favourite couple again, some are having a hard time emotionally processing that To All the Boys: Always and Forever is the final installment of Lara and Peter's love story. 

Alas, all good things must come to an end. 

Other cast members include Janel Parrish, Anna Cathcart, Ross Butler, Madeleine Arthur, Sarayu Blue and John Corbett. 

Well, you better get that popcorn ready.
