The Final Season of "13 Reasons Why" Will Land on Netflix in June

Are you ready to say goodbye?
Over the past few years, 13 Reasons Why has proved to be a highly controversial show. However, it's also opened up conversations about mental health and suicide, and introduced us to a bunch of lovable characters.
That's why fans of the show are probably dreading the series coming to an end with the fourth and final season.

We've been waiting for months to find out when Season 4 will arrive on Netflix, and it turns out we won't have to wait much longer at all.
On social media, it was revealed that 13 Reasons Why S4 will land on the streaming service on 5 June 2020 at 5.00pm AEST.
The announcement was made via an emotional video of the stars at one of their last table reads. There's a lot of hugging and crying, with Lord Huron's "The Night We Met" playing in the background.
Check it out for yourself, but be warned: You'll start sobbing.

Surprisingly, the video also features Justin Prentice, who plays Bryce Walker. Considering Bryce was, uh, murdered in Season 3, it's not entirely clear how he'll take part in the upcoming season.
Of course, 13 Reasons Why brought Hannah Baker (Katherine Langford) back as a figment of Clay's imagination in Season 2, so perhaps we could be in for something similar with Prentice's character.

Not much is known about Season 4, but according to Netflix's official synopsis, it'll follow the Liberty High School senior class as they prepare for their graduation. However, they'll need to keep a dangerous secret buried and face heartbreaking choices that could impact their futures.
The final season will consist of 10 episodes, and it appears all the main cast members are returning. Additionally, Gary Sinise (Apollo 13) is set to join the cast as Dr. Robert Ellman, an adolescent and family therapist.
You'd better start emotionally preparing yourself now.
