Texas Professor Quits After Uni Blocks Him From Failing Entire Class

A Texas professor has tried to fail his whole class – numbering almost three dozen students – for being, basically, the worst.
Professor Irwin Horwitz listed his students’ transgressions to KPRC.
They include:
- Telling him to “Chill out.”
- Telling him to “Get out of my space.”
- Calling him a “******* moron.”
- Fighting in his class.
- Spreading “hurtful and untrue rumours” about him online.
You can also add ‘frequently’ to the top of each of those sentences.
"It got to the point that the school had to put security guards at that class and another class," Professor Horwitz added.
Unsurprisingly, Horwitz announced he was quitting the course in the same email to his superiors outlining his decision to fail every one of his students.
However, the administrators at Texas A&M Galveston aren’t letting the Professor drop his nuclear 'F' bomb.
Instead, the department head will take over the course until the end of semester. Then, and only then, will passes or fails be handed out.
The school's vice president of Academic affairs, Dr. Patrick Louchouarn, elaborated on the decision, saying, "None of them have failed until the end of the class, meaning the only reason a student would fail because he or she has not performed the expectations for that particular class."
It’s unknown if Horwitz will continue teaching elsewhere, or if he's been completely dispirited by his most recent course. “I have nothing left,” the 20-year teaching veteran told the Houston Chronicle.
So, basically, this is the opposite of every 'inspirational teacher' movie you've seen.
