T20 World Cup Final: Aussie Women’s Cricket Team Celebrate Win By Dancing With Katy Perry

Talk about teenage dreams coming true.
What sounds better: winning a T20 World Cup final or busting a move on stage with Katy Perry?
Yeah, both options sound pretty extraordinary.
Well, fortunately for the Australian women's cricket team, they got to do both of those things on Sunday, after beating India by 85 runs and securing their fifth T20 title.
After winning the game in front of a packed MCG stadium, the Aussie ladies joined American pop singer Katy Perry on stage to dance the night away.
Perry had been booked for the pre-match and post-match entertainment, and it's safe to say the Aussie women's cricket team will never forget the moment.
Molly Strano and Sophie Molineux were particularly confident on the dance floor, while the singer belted out some of her biggest bops like "Firework".
It's instantly iconic.
Captain Meg Lanning even managed to get a hug from the superstar, and we're not sure if we've ever seen anyone look so excited.
The match, which was played on International Women's Day, attracted the largest crowd for a women's sporting event in Australian history. It was also the highest crowd figure for a women's cricket match globally, with 86,174 attendees.
Alyssa Healy had a particularly impressive game, producing the best individual innings in an ICC T20 World Cup final, scoring 75 from just 39 balls.
Additionally, Lanning became the third Aussie skipper to ever win a World Cup on home soil.
Basically, dancing with Perry just topped it all off.
One thing's for sure: the Aussie women's cricket team officially has bragging rights for life.
