Stay Calm: Krispy Kreme Has Released a Limited Edition Maltesers Doughnut

Try not to drool.

There is absolutely nothing better in this world than chocolate and doughnuts. If somebody tries to tell you otherwise, they're lying.

That's why it's so damn exciting that Krispy Kreme has teamed up with Maltesers to create the doughnut of our dreams: the one-of-a-kind Maltesers Doughnut.

Would you just look at that?

The glorious creation features one of Krispy Kreme's Original Glazed doughnuts dressed with a gooey milk chocolate ganache, and Maltesers on top.

What a time to be alive.

However, you'll only have a limited amount of time to taste the chocolatey doughnut. They're available from Tuesday 3 March to Monday 27 April 2020, and can be purchased in-store, online and via UberEATS in NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT and WA.

In QLD, they'll also be sold from Friday 6 March until Thursday 2 April at select 7-Eleven and BP stores.

You can buy a single Maltesers Doughnut for $3.60 or a dozen for $28.95 in-store, online or via UberEATS. It's also $3.60 for a single in 7-Eleven, but you can grab a dozen for $23.

Krispy Kreme's Food Technologist Tasha Kaur said in a statement, "Together with Maltesers, we set out to create the ultimate chocolate doughnut. After plenty of product trials and taste testing, we're thrilled to finally share our creation with the chocolate lovers of Australia!"
