PSA: Krispy Kreme Is Giving Away 100,000 Free Doughnuts for National Doughnut Day

You dough-not want to miss out on this one.

Hold on to your hat ‘cos we’ve got news that’ll probably make your week.

To celebrate another year of National Doughnut Day this Friday 4 June, Krispy Kreme are giving away 100,000 free Original Glazed doughnuts to their Aussie customers.

Yes, you read that right, 100,000 free glazy bois with no strings attached!

All you gotta do is rock up to your local store this Friday and grab yourself a freebie.

But they’re only until stocks last, so if I were you, I’d get there first thing in the AM. Most stores open between 6am and 7am, so it’s time to set your alarm.

I know what you’re thinking: 100,000 is a lot of doughnuts, so to make sure they meet their numbers Krispy Kreme are aiming to glaze 2,000 doughnuts an hour (holyyyy).

This stat just blew us out of the water, so we couldn’t resist heading into a local Krispy Kreme store to see the production process firsthand, and boy was it droolworthy.

As usual, this delicious deal is only available from Krispy Kreme stores, not Woolies, 7-Eleven or BP, and unfortunately VIC, NT, SA, TAS and ACT are also missing out this time around.

Although, there is some light at the end of the tunnel for Victoria, as Krispy Kreme plans to still celebrate National Doughnut Day with Melburnians at a later date, once their COVID-19 situation is looking a little clearer.
