Your Instagram feed will be filled with the listening habits of people you knew four years ago, your group chats will be going off, and you’ll likely be reflecting on your personal year of music.

As usual, it’s spawned a lot of relatable, hilarious, and sometimes mean memes (people on the internet can be brutal).

Let’s take a look at the viral moments of Spotify Wrapped Day 2022 so far.

Taylor Swift once again topped lots of people’s charts.

The Midnights queen took out Australia’s most streamed artist for 2022 and second most streamed worldwide (behind Bad Bunny).

Her latest album didn’t make the cut for most-streamed album, likely because it was only released in October. Bad Bunny took out first place with Un Verano Sin Ti, closely followed by Harry Styles’ third studio album, Harry’s House.

People are lamenting their embarrassing top tracks and artists.

We all have one (or maybe a couple) of embarrassing appearances on our Wrapped this year.

If you feel ashamed because a song from the Encanto soundtrack has made it on there, or a random spoof song by a YouTuber, don’t worry. You’re not alone.

Of course, some people are going to get up on their high horses when it comes to music taste.

There are some harsh digs going around on social media.

In the end, this whole Spotify Wrapped frenzy that happens every year ends up revealing how snobby, simple, insecure, and alike we all are.
