See Amy Schumer As a Very Engrossed Extra on “Judge Judy”

It’s been a long time since I’ve watched Judge Judy, but two recent “gets” make me think it’s now essential viewing.

Last week, we marveled at a thrilling legal decision delivered by dog in Judy’s courtroom.

Today, eagle-eyed viewers are shook after spotting none other than Amy Schumer sitting in the gallery, watching a dispute over Yu-Gi-Oh cards.

We’re going to assume this is the result of a celebrity fulfilling a life-long dream with a cameo (or just agreeing to a silly bit of afternoon fun) rather than a sign of struggle. We know Snatched didn’t do great at the box office, but she probably doesn’t need the work that badly.

Schumer offered the following explanation on Instagram: “My sister and I sat in on the cases for the day because we love her!!!!!”

We’ll allow it.
