“Search Party” Season 3 Is Coming to Stan on 24 July

The wait is over.

If you've been checking the internet for updates every couple of days to figure out how to watch Search Party Season 3 in Australia, we can hardly blame you. After all, it's been more than two and a half years since we last saw Dory and the rest of the gang.

However, you can finally breathe a sigh of relief, because S3 is officially coming to Stan Australia on 24 July.

Last month, we weren't entirely sure when the latest season of the wickedly funny murder mystery series would be available to watch in Australia.

In fact, we didn't even know who would release it. The first two seasons of the show were produced by TBS in the United States, and they both aired on SBS Viceland before going to SBS on Demand in Australia. Except, SBS told us they no longer held local rights for the show.

However, you don't need to worry about the possibility of never watching Season 3 any longer, because you'll be able to stream it on Stan.

Also, the news doesn't stop there. As it turns out, Stan will also be dropping Season 1 and 2 of Search Party on 24 July as well.

So, if you've never seen the show before, you can binge all three seasons over one weekend.

Slight spoilers for S3 ahead: Season 3 follows the gang as they're swept up in a trial of the century after Dory (Alia Shawkat) and Drew (John Paul Reynolds) are charged for the semi-accidental murder of a private investigator. Elliott (John Early) and Portia (Meredith Hagner) grapple with whether or not to testify as witnesses, and the friends are pitted against each other.

Don't worry, the fun won't end this season though. Season 4 of Search Party is already in the works, so you have plenty more of the black comedy to look forward to.
