Rihanna Tweets at PM Turnbull and Julie Bishop to Fund Education, Maintains Queen Status

Would you ever have predicted Rihanna and Malcolm Turnbull in the same tweet?
Well, it happened. Rihanna tweeted at Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and Minister for Foreign Affairs Julie Bishop asking them to pledge money for an education conference in the West African nation, Senegal.
She asked whether they would pledge $200 million (presumably Australian dollars due to a flag emoji) to the Global Partnership for Education (GPE), which is being hosted by French President Emmanuel Macron and Senegalese President Macky Sall.

To add further pressure, she kindly reminded them that it's Australia's first year on the Human Rights Council.
It isn't the first time AusPol and Rihanna have brushed shoulders.
Back in 2016, former Prime Minister Julia Gillard teamed up with RiRi to promote the GBE, which Gillard is now the Chairwoman for.
Gillard regularly retweets Rihanna's posts and to be completely frank, it's definitely one of the more heart-warming moments in Australian politics.
Turnbull and Bishop, the ball's in your court.
