How Quickly Can You Solve This 'Parking Lot' Puzzle?

How many times have you pulled into a parking lot and forgotten to note down the number of your space (and maybe even your level)?

The correct answer is, "Every time," because you are an imperfect human being and this is the burden we as a species must carry. There was even an episode of Seinfeld about this very phenomenon.

Just be grateful you've never parked in the lot from this i09 puzzle, which has what seems to be a totally random numbering system.
