The teen superhero series we've been waiting for.

The verdict is out for the latest instalment in the Marvel Universe, and it’s a goodie.

“Ms Marvel” premieres on Disney+ tonight, 8 June, and has already garnered A+ critical and fan reviews from lucky early viewers, currently sitting at 94 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes.

It follows Kamala Kahn, played by the charismatic Iman Vellani, and is more coming-of-age than most Marvel films of recent years. If you’re craving an Into the Spiderverse vibe, this ticks all the boxes.

Featuring a Pakistani American Muslim teenager, the series is being lauded for its brilliant cultural representation.

It’s a touching ode to the Marvel Universe itself, as Kamala admires the Avengers and discovers she possesses superpowers herself.

You can catch it at 5PM AEST on Disney+. We’ll be bingeing it with you.
