Meet Buff Cat, the Internet’s Favourite Round Boy

An absolute unit.

The list of the internet’s crushes is very strange, ranging from the Lost in Space robot to any animals deemed 'swole' or 'thicc'.

We have clearly evolved far beyond the likes of former internet boyfriends Diego Luna and Oscar Isaac.

Now, our attention turns to Buff Cat, who was immortalised in a recent tweet with the alluring and enigmatic caption, "Everyday I think about this buff cat I encountered last year."

It does, however, raise more questions than it provides answers.

Where did the owner of the @officialbuffcat account first meet Buff Cat? Why did they wait a year to share the pics (especially if they’ve been thinking of Buff Cat every day)? And is Buff Cat still alive, and, more importantly, buff?

Thank God they at least captured as much footage of Buff Cat as possible, to share at this admittedly late date.
