Lil Nas X Saddles Up to Release Post-"Old Town Road" Bops

The "Old Town Road" hitmaker is about to unleash more bops on the internet.

Montero Lamar Hill AKA Lil Nas X found fame in a hopeless place.

That place was none other than Vine replacement, TikTok, which propelled his cowboy trap hit "Old Town Road" into the number one spot on charts in the US and Australia.

But there's only so long that one song can keep you fed, so Lil Nas X has produced an EP, called 7, due to be released in just days.

Sadly, it seems the 20-year-old rapper is happy to leave behind his country-twang behind as evidenced in this snippet of "Panini".

Its release date also happens to fall on the same day Nicki Minaj is due to drop the mysterious "MEGATRON".

Lil Nas X's debut EP, 7, is out on 21 June in the US so Australians will have to wait a few more hours to hear it.

We'll just leave this little number here to tide you over until then.
