Krispy Kreme Are Selling AFL Grand Final Themed Doughnuts for Keen Footy Fans

Doughnuts for goals.
The 2021 AFL Toyota Grand Final is just around the corner, and whether you managed to snag a few tickets for the historical Western Australian game or not, it’s gonna be a biggie for everyone.
To help spread the excitement even more, Krispy Kreme is jumping on the footy bandwagon and have put together limited-edition Dogs and Dees doughnuts in celebration of the two final teams, The Western Bulldogs, and the Melbourne Demons.
You can pick up a dozen pack of doughnuts either with light blue frosting with red and white stripes, or dark blue frosting and a quarter red dip.
Idk about you but I never need an excuse to pick up doughnuts, so this is just an extra selling point.

Whether or not you’re a fan of the Dogs or Demons, this 2021 game is a pretty special one, so why not celebrate the day in a memorable way? You’ve gotta have some kind of dessert at the family footy BBQ, right?
Before you get too excited, the doughnuts are only available from Krispy Kreme stores in Melbourne and Perth, not online or via delivery (sorry locked down peeps), and only from Friday and Saturday.
If you’re in WA or VIC and want to score yourself a box for the big game, check out Krispy Kreme’s website for their list of store locations.
And if you’re keen to watch the bounce down, the final kicks off at 5:15 pm AWST (6:45 pm ACST and 7:15 pm AEST) on the Seven Network, so get your fam and jersey together ‘cos this will be one for the history books.

“The 5:15 pm AWST / 7:15 pm AEST start time aims to provide fans at the game with the ultimate Grand Final experience by maximising the stadium’s offering while taking into consideration the broadcast audience across the country,” AFL Executive General Manager Clubs and Broadcasting Travis Auld said.
“The AFL, together with the Seven Network, remain cognisant of finishing the match at a suitable time for younger footy fans and, as a result, landed on a timeslot that is earlier than the usual start time for night matches during the season and last year’s Grand Final.
“Historically, a really special part of Grand Final day is the build-up and anticipation, and we want to ensure we can share the excitement and atmosphere with the millions watching across the nation and around the world.”
