You Can Kickstart An All-Emoji Keyboard

QWERTY is so two-thousand-and-late.

The enterprising geniuses at Disk Cactus have created a silicone keyboard cover - and the appropriate software - to turn your boring old keyboard into an all-emoji extravaganza.

There's just one catch: you'll have to help Kickstart it if you want to see it become a reality.

At the moment, the Emoji Keyboard will only work on Macs (standard and 11-inch MacBook Airs, specifically) and as of this writing, the Emoji Keyboard is not nearly close to its $20,000 goal.

However, if approximately 1,500 people pledge $10 to the Kickstarter - ensuring they'll receive the Emoji Keyboard plus "the magic software that makes it work" - you'll soon be able to stop writing with words entirely.
