James Corden and Red Hot Chili Peppers Strip Off For Carpool Karaoke

If James Corden wanted to keep it classy on his first Late Late Show since hosting the Tonys, the Funky Monks of RHCP had a different idea.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers – Anthony Kiedis, Flea, Chad Smith and Josh Klingoffer (who is decidedly not John Frusciante and thus is barely allowed to speak) joined Corden for his latest instalment of Carpool Karaoke.

This foursome brings a significantly different energy than the last quartet to jump in Corden’s car: Broadway faves Lin-Manuel Miranda, Jane Krakowski, Audra McDonald and Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

During their trip, they sing a bunch of hits and even a bit of “Food Glorious Food” from Oliver. Corden also presses Kiedis on what precisely they’re “gonna give” to his momma and his poppa, and then wrestles him on a stranger’s lawn (which seems like a bad idea, given that Kiedis is recovering from hospitalisation for intestinal flu).

Finally, they strip off, because of course.
